Solvent Cleaning

 

Morin Industrial is capable of removing all visible oil, grease, and cutting compounds as well as non-visible deleterious contaminants from steel surfaces.  Our shop facility utilizes a wash bay that contains oil/grease and sand interceptors which comply with regional by-laws in order to prevent contaminants discharging into municipal sewers.  Accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance, and waste disposal are logged as required by law. 

 

Morin Industrial uses a variety of cleaning products and methods such as high-pressure steam, dry ice products, etc.

 

A Chlor test is used to test surfaces for Chlorid7 Sulfate and Nitrates.
