Rick Morin began his career in 1985, right out of high school, he started working for Chenard Industrial Sandblasting that was owned by John Chenard.
In 1992 Rick started Morin Industrial Coatings Ltd. that was founded in a suburb of Lively, Ontario.
Rick is a certified Level II Nace Inspector.

Adam "Reco" Martin
Shop Project Coordinator
Adam Eusepi has worked in the paint and protective coatings industry for over 17 years. He began his paint career with Glidden Paints and escalated to the Technical Sales team for Akzo Nobel [International Devoe Coatings] before becoming the General Manager for Morin Industrial Coatings. Mr. Eusepi is a certified Level III NACE Inspector.
Reco has worked in the fabricating industry for 15 years, and the protective coatings industry for over 10 years. Reco is a certified Level I NACE Inspector.
Joe Morin​
Field Manager
Joe Morin started working for Morin Industrial Coatings in 2004. Joe began his career as a helper, cleaning work areas, filling and emptying pots, doing what needed to be done and gradually he worked his way up to Field Foreman. Joe was fortunate to have the experience and mentoring of his father Rick Morin to help him.
Ryan Smith
Field Project Coordinator
Ryan has worked in the Industrial Coatings Industry for more than 10 years. He has worked as a Project Manager for 5 years in application roles between Industrial and Fine Finish work, and 5 more in sales and technical services.

Ryan is a certified Level II NACE Inspector.
Our Staff
Morin Industrial Coatings Ltd. was founded in 1992. We began in a small 2,800 square foot shop, with four employees who remain with us today, 30 years later.
Today, Morin employs between 16-50 men and women.
